Unlawful resale (or attempted resale), counterfeit or copy of tickets is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Opt-Out Additional Tickets means the number of tickets equal to the number of Seats you purchased at the Venue to each additional Concert above the Concert Threshold. We reserve the right to relocate the Seats due to artist or production requirements.
